  3. Ronsmart Technology is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the actions of clients, including but not limited to data breaches or security breaches.

Indemnification:

  1. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Ronsmart Technology harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of our integration services.
  2. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Ronsmart Technology harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the breach of these terms and conditions by the client.

Termination:

  1. Ronsmart Technology may terminate services at any time if the client breaches these terms and conditions.
  2. Clients may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to Ronsmart Technology.
  3. Upon termination, clients must cease all use of our integration services.

Governing Law:
